This appointment is for 15 minutes with a repair technician to go over any issues with your instrument and have it assessed.

If possible minor adjustments or quick repairs can be done on the spot (to a maximum of 30 minutes) examples of quick repairs might be, missing key cork / felt, slightly bent key-work, spring replacement, single pad replacement.

We do not charge for assessments but any Repair work will be charged at a rate of £60 per hour, excluding materials.

If more in-depth work is required it will be booked in for the next available slot at the time of your appointment, please note that this could be in several weeks time due to high demand.
